A.Stock order:

Register as a member---Add products to shopping cart---Place order---Pay(PayPal/Credit Card or contact us for Western Union/ bank T/T)---leave us messages with requirements---Payment received---Arrange shipment.

Items are reserved for you as soon as payment is made.

B.Production order(out of stock): 

1.Please add your interested models with detailed specification and material,ect.

2.Place order(confirm delivery address and advise shipping invoice value for customs).

3.Pay online (PayPal/Credit Card or contact us for Western Union/ bank TT)

4.Production time waiting (15-25 days depending on designs or quantity)

5.Delivery(by FedEx, DHL which takes 4-7 days to arrive)

6.Confirmation of receiving (Please email us or leave message online once received.)

PS: The final gold/silver price will change according to the international London gold/silver price on order confirmed date.

Delivery Time

Stock order: Within 24-48 hours after approval of payment (except for weekends and China National Public Holidays)

OEM or Production order: 15-30 days depending on order designs and quantity.

Fedex, DHL and Ups (insurance is included)

Buyer is responsible for VAT and Import taxes at destination port.

Return policy.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with our items, you can return the items at original condition within 7 days, your purchase amount will refund to you as soon as the items will arrived back to us.

You must make return of goods within 7 days after products received, and must be approved prior. Shipping and handling including insurance are nonrefundable.

Money back guarantee on any defective items.

Used or refurbished items will not be accepted for return.

Return will be made by Fedex or EMS with lowered value invoice; customer will take the responsibility for shipping.
